Purchasing a Pre-Order

We don't want you to have to wait for all the fun gear that you've ordered just because one of the items is a pre-order, so please purchase pre-orders separately or your entire order will be held until the pre-order product arrives at our warehouse. 

Pre-Order Arrival

All pre-order arrival dates, are only an estimate. We strive to keep the preorder updated with the latest available information but we cannot guarantee that the arrival information is 100% correct as production and shipping delays occur regularly.

Pre-Order Shipping

As soon as a pre-order product arrives, your order will be put into our shipping queue to be sent out within our standard shipping timeframe, which is typically within 24 hours.
